Zachary Cohn, Executive DirectorZachary is a lighting and video designer and producer. His work explores the intersection of technology and the arts to find new ways of telling stories on stage. He is also a software engineer and holds a degree in Drama from Washington University in St. Louis.

Jake Pandina, Administrative CoordinatorJake is an actor and theater maker based in the greater Boston area. A recent graduate of Tufts University, where he studied Physics, he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science. During his time at Tufts, he performed in a variety of productions and developed a passion for bringing new stories and artists to the stage. He is excited to help foster connections among professional theater companies throughout the Boston area.

Julia Parham, Development OfficerJulia is a former carpenter and production manager based in the Boston area. Now working as an Assistant Case Manager for Communities for Restorative Justice, she brings experience from the non-profit world to Little Birdie Theatre. Julia believes that collaborative theater is a transformative force that brings communities together. She holds a BA in Politics and Psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, and has been involved with theater in many capacities for the past eight years.

Matt Torres, Operations ManagerMatt Torres is a Music Director, Conductor, Multi-instrumentalist, and Audio Engineer with roots in the greater Boston area. He enjoys fostering genuine human connections through the universal language of music. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Music from Tufts University, and currently works as a software engineer and business analyst supporting sustainability initiatives in higher education.

Sophie Sommers, Social Media and Marketing ManagerSophie is a third-year at Tufts University studying Theater and Psychology. She is a proud Bostonian originally from Lexington, MA. With experience in acting, design, photography, marketing communications, and more, Sophie truly loves the theater-making process every step of the way.

Susannah Nania, Director of Audience EngagementSusannah is a costume technician based in Boston. She holds a BS in Theater and Cognitive Science from Tufts University. Having been an actor all her life before doing costumes full time, Susannah believes in the importance of unity and harmony between technical work and performance. She's excited to be working with the Little Birdie Team!
